Partner Cities

The National Female Condom Coalition includes U.S. cities with comprehensive female condom education, training, and distribution programs. Currently seven of the 12 cities with the highest HIV incidence have female condom programs. Each partner city has a unique campaign tailored to its community and populations. Programs vary by city in terms of structure, resources, and reach.  However, a common thread across the campaigns is increasing women’s and men’s awareness, access, and use of female condoms. Capacity and skills building for providers, user education, partnerships with community based organizations, health departments, and businesses, and female condom availability in diverse settings are critical and shared elements of each city’s program.
